The Rainbow Rock Retreat is our families personal retreat and is shared with others for about 10 weeks per year. The furniture and decor are high quality, as you would expect from a high end oceanfront suite.
Although we allow up to two children, please be aware: About 40 people call Rainbow Rock Condominiums their home. They are there to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the space. Please encourage quiet voices at all times. There is a balcony with glass panels that could pose a danger if children are not supervised. The path to beach has side trails that lead to cliff edges that could pose extreme danger for those who are not careful. The surf is typically very mild, however, during storms, and high seas in the winter, extreme care must be taken to stay away from rock outcroppings and the oncoming waves along the sandy shore. Children should never be allowed to walk along the Oregon Coastal Trail unsupervised.

We do not know some the owners listed above, but all of these units have nice views, some better than others. The Northwest corner units, like that of Rainbow Rock Retreat are considered premium. Building A, B, D, and E face more Southward, but still command great views. Building C, where Rainbow Rock Retreat is located, is the only building that faces more Westward than Southward.
Of the five or six owners who do offer their condominium for rent, each differs with regard to how often they rent, and how much they charge. Rainbow Rock Retreat is toward the higher priced of those offered. We offer our family retreat as a vacation rental for no more than 12 weeks per year. Likewise we keep to a five night minimum during the high season (four night minimum during low season), and do not ever rent on a nightly basis.
